Fashion Tips: Hot Summer & Hotter Fabrics to keep us Cool this Summer

The next few months Bring yet another Aussie Hot Summer, With the Silly Season and several Holiday Parties Approaching it is stressful finding garments that are stylish and fashionable yet versatile when living in such a hot climate. The Christmas Season is stressful enough along with the added stress just trying to bear with the heat all while looking fashionable is also a huge task!

However, many designers have factored in how hot and humid an Australia Summer can get so in turn we will be in fluxed by garments using drapery to avoid any embracing sweat marks or food spillages, with common fabrics such as Rayon and Polyester Spandex Knit also known as SLINK being the fabric of choice this 2011- 2012 Summer.

Many designers such as Camelia Carlton are trying to break out of our standard colours and introduce some more fun and flirty colours with gelato and pastel shades of Coral, Aqua, Orange, Yellow and Lime being the hot colours of choice this Summer. These colours will compliment a golden brown tan when celebrating over summer.
